Shipping policy

Dispatch
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Business days do not include Sundays or public holidays.

Tracking
Tracking details are sent by email when your order is handed to the courier.

Delivery
Delivery time depends on your location and the courier network. We do not promise a delivery date, and courier delays can occur.

Shipping charges
Any shipping charge is shown at checkout before payment.

Address accuracy
Please check your delivery address and phone number before paying. If a parcel is returned because the address was incorrect or nobody was reachable, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. An additional redelivery charge may apply.
