Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Business days do not include Sundays or public holidays.
Tracking
Tracking details are sent by email when your order is handed to the courier.
Delivery
Delivery time depends on your location and the courier network. We do not promise a delivery date, and courier delays can occur.
Shipping charges
Any shipping charge is shown at checkout before payment.
Address accuracy
Please check your delivery address and phone number before paying. If a parcel is returned because the address was incorrect or nobody was reachable, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. An additional redelivery charge may apply.

Returns
Every Lumin frame is inspected and packed before it leaves us.
We accept returns where a frame arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong artwork. We do not accept change-of-mind returns.
How to raise a request
Email support@luminstore.in within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the frame and its packaging.
What happens next
• If we confirm the issue, we arrange and pay for the return pickup. There is no return shipping cost to you.
• Once the frame reaches us and is inspected, we send a replacement of the same artwork.
• If we cannot replace it, we refund the full amount to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to show the credit.
Not covered
• Damage from dropping, mishandling, or use after delivery
• Use with an incompatible or faulty USB power source
• Normal variation in wood grain, print tone, and finish
